Welcome

Welcome to our hand-hewn, owner-designed log home filled with unique character logs of cedar, fir, spruce and hemlock. We are located at the base of Tumwater Mountain on two wetland acres, which are nesting grounds for snipe, killdeer, and red wing blackbirds. Our pond attracts deer, coyotes, heron, ducks, geese, osprey, and king fishers.

This unique, natural setting will appeal to bird watchers, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, yet it is conveniently located less than one mile from the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth. For the foreign traveler, the Log Haus is the ultimate American experience. Come and listen to the peaceful country sounds of quail, coyote and killdeer.
