- $110 deposit to hold room (Check, Master Card or VISA)
- 14 day cancellation policy
- No smoking in house
- No pets; children over 6 years of age are welcome
- Check in time: after 3:00 P.M.
- Check out time: 11:00 A.M.
- 2 night minimum on holiday/festival weekends
